Drake and 21 Savage teased the upcoming concert on social media by announcing that they would be appearing on NPR’s Tiny Desk.

On Thursday (November 3), the duo’s joint album Her Loss was announced. On Friday (November 4), Drizzy shared a clip of the concert.

“Thank you to @nprmusic @tinydesk for having the gang @21savage let’s go crazy,” the 6 God wrote in the caption. In the clip, both rap stars can be heard introducing themselves, with Drake taking the lead.

“What’s up everybody, appreciate you joining us today, the audience, everybody at home, my name is Drake,” the 6 God said.

“21 Savage,” the Atlanta rapper chimed in, before Drizzy added: “And this is our tiny desk. Let’s get into it.”

The NPR Tiny Desk event with 21 Savage and Drake will be the most recent in a run of rap-heavy performances the Tiny Desk has hosted in recent weeks. J.I.D took over the desk in September, whereas Symba only stopped by the station last week. In June, Denzel Curry also gave a performance.

Her Loss, which Drizzy and 21 had intended to release on October 28, has been delayed out of respect for Noah “40” Shebib, who acquired COVID-19 while working on the tape. Meanwhile, the 6 God and 21 Savage were featured on this week’s cover of Vogue, which was published on Monday (October 31).

“Me and my brother on newsstands tomorrow,” Drizzy wrote of the moment on Instagram. “Thanks @voguemagazine and Anna Wintour for the love and support on this historic moment Her Loss Nov 4th.”

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s album seems to have been delayed due to the upcoming album. Because he didn’t want any smoke with the duo’s new tape, the rapper declared he would be postponing the release of Me Vs. Myself.

“Sorry but album dropping in December now, Drake was dropping same day and I’m not with that,” Boogie wrote on his IG with multiple laughing emojis.
