A bus driver in Salta is depicted in a video making the rounds on social media as being terrified by an “invisible passenger” who begs him to stop.
The man demonstrates how, even with the bus fully empty, the stop warning light remains on and the voice speaking to him from behind is that of a lady.
The voice can be heard saying, “Driver stop,” gently yet firmly.
“They’re going to laugh, brother, but I’m not crazy. They rang my bell. I have the bell light on and there is someone talking in the back,” the driver recounts in the video, while panning through the illuminated and lonely unit. .
The circumstance rendered the bus driver helpless for several minutes before he summoned the confidence to take the car to the line’s parking lot.
The Salta portal claims that the driver would have been concerned with hiding his identity in order to avoid being charged, even though some of his coworkers claim they were able to recognize him by his distinctive speaking style.
