Although A$AP Bari may have put the Miami car crash he was involved in behind, the other person involved has not gotten over it.
A$AP Bari, whose real name is Jabari Shelton, has been hit with a lawsuit over the crash that happened back in July.
the A$AP Mob co-founder was driving his Mercedes-Benz “carelessly, recklessly, and negligently” when his car collided with another vehicle driven by a guy named Jorge Baez.
A$AP Bari might have assumed that everything was settled, as both cars were damaged in the collision, but it seems things are far from over.
From the pictures released online, the cars were damaged pretty badly, although, Jorge claimed that he sustained serious injuries.
Jorge’s lawyer, Jared Newman said that the accident left Baez with serious injuries and a bunch of medical bills. He’s suing for more than $30K in damages.
After the accident, Kanye West gifted Bari a new Maybach SUV and it seems the other victim was not happy about it.
Jared says, “It was nice of Kanye West to buy Bari a new Maybach and enable him to move on like nothing happened, but something did happen and A$AP Bari must pay for his negligence.”
The co-founder has not said anything about the lawsuit yet.
