Olivia Wilde recently opened up about her breakup with ex-fiance Jason Sudeikis. The director discussed a recent event in which she received custody papers while speaking onstage at CinemaCon to promote her upcoming movie, Don’t Worry Darling, in a new interview with Variety.
Nevertheless, Wilde denounced the action as a ruse to divert attention away from her actual work.
Otis Sudeikis, 8, and Daisy Sudeikis, 5, are the couple’s two kids; Wilde and Sudeikis dated from 2011 to 2020. She informed Variety that Wilde and Sudeikis had decided on a shared custody agreement, with the children visiting each parent alternately each week.
She said she tries to be as present as she can when she is with her children, preparing them breakfast each morning, making sure they go to bed on time, and picking them up from school.
At CinemaCon in April, Wilde was announcing her forthcoming film, “Don’t Worry Darling,” to a professional audience when she received the manila envelope on stage.
When she opened it, she found that the papers concerned the custody of her two kids with her ex-husband, actor Jason Sudeikis.
Wilde opened the envelope and immediately resumed his work.
