An American swimmer, Anita Alvarez was rescued by her coach identified as Andrea Fuentes when she fainted and drowned at the Fina World Aquatics Championship.
It was accounted that Anita rounded up her routine in the artistic solo free final in Budapest when she became unconscious and began to sink then her coach immediately dived into the pool to rescue her.
