The staff of Oba of Lagos, a traditional symbol of authority and heritage, which was stolen when the Oba’s house was vandalized and looted has been recovered.
The Oba’s staff was initially placed for sale on Jiji for the sum of 10 million Naira. It was recovered in an abandoned and scattered office. There is no information on whether it was paid for then dropped off in the location.
