Dwight Yoakam commenced the new year, 2026, in a new color as he showcased an outstanding performance at New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash. The performance was done at the official watch-party venue for the Big Bash, Category 10. Dwight Yoakam made the night fun for his supporters at the venue with several of his biggest releases as the new year ticked. Big Bash lasted for five hours, and it was televised as Bert Kreischer and Hardy hosted it with a lot of packed lineups across Music City. Those who headlined the event include Jason Aldean, Lainey Wilson, and Bailey Zimmerman, who thrilled their guests at Bicentennial Park alongside gospel giant CeCe Winans and the Fisk Jubilee Singers, while artists like Dierks Bentley, Brooks & Dunn, Rascal Flatts, Keith Urban, and Megan Moroney performed at different places. This performance comes after the success of the country singer, Yoakam's first album, 'Brighter Days', which was released late last year after almost 10 years. He will proceed on his Live in Concert tour this year before joining ZZ Top to headline the Dos Amigos Tour through May.
