Tom Holland, the main actor of the Spider-Man franchise, has reportedly taken a break from filming after suffering a concussion on set. According to the production sources, Holland had a little accident on set and would take a break just out of precaution. He would return to work after resting for a few days. “Thankfully, no one else was affected and production will continue on as planned,” the source said. Since it was not a serious incident, they would expect Holland to be back to his best very soon. Tom, who has been the face of the franchise for the last three solo productions, was announced in 2015 and made his first appearance in the 2016 blockbuster, Captain America: Civil War. He played a brilliant high school nerd who was recruited by Iron Man. Since then, Tom has been very successful in pushing the solo production. He started with his 2017 box office banger, Spider-Man: Homecoming, where he tried to live life as a student with superhero duties. In 2019, he led Spider-Man: Far From Home, revealing the aftermath of the Avengers: Endgame battle. In 2021, he successfully pushed Spider-Man: No Way Home and is currently filming his fourth solo Spider-Man: Brand New Day, set to be released in 2026.
