Today's co-host, Dylan Dreyer, and her husband, Brian Fichera, an NBC cameraman, have separated after 12 years of marriage and 3 boys. Dreyer shared the news in an Instagram post, disabling the comments and requesting the fans to show love and respect. "For that reason, I want to share with you that a few months ago, Brian and I made the decision to separate. We began as friends, and we will remain the closest of friends," she wrote. Dylan and her husband shared a healthy work and home life relationship. They met in 2012 while working at a Boston News station and built their relationship from there. They enjoyed spending time with each other and had to balance their busy schedule with creating time for each other away from work. They also texted all the time which was a great way to air out their thoughts without any interruption. "It's all about family time. This job can get crazy especially when we're traveling and busy, but it's so important to make time for family, too," Dreyer said about how quality time is important. Despite the split, Dreyer and Fichera have made the decision to put their children first and co-parent in the best possible way. They have also decided to remain friends. They would spend as much time as they can with their boys and have fun while at it.
