Chase Bank and many major banks across the United States would be shutting down their branches for 24 hours to observe the ignored Presidents Day.
Chase Bank, in particular, would shut down all 4,700 locations across the country, and customers would only be able to access their online services, should the need arise.
The 24-hour ATM service would also be available, but there would be no in-person service. Physical service would resume after Presidents Day.
The overlooked federal celebrated holiday was incepted almost 150 years ago, to honor the United States past Presidents and the current president Donald Trump.
Usually observed every third Monday of February, regardless of the date, the holiday involves a great celebration of those who have held the highest national office of the land of the free.
To commiserate this holiday, stores and sales points across the country offer discounts and great deals on various items.
Along with banks, public schools, universities and government offices also observe the holiday.
