SOS: Help, Traffico In LA Shipping Container & Railway Site Spikes Concern On Human Trafficking

The internet has been on fire after a Google Maps Satellite image (Google Earth) View revealed shocking pleas for help, bolding written with sticks and paints across a site near the Twin Towers correctional facility in Los Angeles, California.

The SOS messages written were: “HELP”, “TRAFFICO”, “FEDERAL”, “TERRORISMO DOS”, “LAPD”, and “FBI” could be found on Google Maps’ Earth view using the coordinates 34°03’18″N 118°13’30″W.

The boldly written SOS messages raised huge suspicion that there was human trafficking going on in that place. There were shipping containers around the place where the help signs were written and it also ran along a Union Pacific railway and highway, prompting strong suspicion that the trains might be taking trafficked people in and out of that area.

The satellite images of the area where the help signs were written also showed a deep opening to an underground system

Photos of the “help” signs quickly went viral, prompting many to make in-person checks. A video showed a man who went to verify and discovered a dog tied in a pile of refuse. A closer look reveals what seems to be a person covered in tarps and probably sleeping in a pile of trash.

“Traffico” and “Terrorismo DOS” are Mexican words that mean “traffic” and “terrorism two”. It was unclear if the writer was trying to implicate or seek the attention of law enforcement agencies – FBI and LAPD, as well as the Federal Government itself.

The dog in the video was subsequently identified as Sus by a concerned citizen who visited the premises. In another video, a woman who appeared to be a resident in the area, a homeless encampment, gave information about the dog and also revealed the person behind the writing.

She gave his name as Hose and said he was fond of writing the SOS inscriptions. “Always write that down…all the time”, she says. The woman also said he had been doing that for years, and they don’t know his reason. Watch below:

While shipping yards and their vast lands littered with shipping containers provide opportunities for criminals to carry out nefarious crimes such as smuggling, drugs, and human trafficking, the help signs might also be a prank done by kids in the area.
