Premier League side Aston Villa was unable to grab three points in their away matches in just seven days after they played at the Emirates and Goodison Park. The team looks tired this time as they lost against a strong Monaco side.

Aston Villa kept up with a nice try against Monaco but was unable to beat their opponent’s strong defense.

Among the elite in the stadium was Prince Williams, who made a surprise appearance at Aston Villa to compete with AS Monaco, but he must have been left disappointed at the Villa’s loss. Monaco did well by taking advantage of Villa’s slow play, especially while the set pieces were ongoing.

The best times of Aston Villa in the game were during the first half when they made clear chances. Monaco’s goalkeeper, Radoslaw Majecki, denied good efforts from Leon Bailey and Ollie Watkins. Monaco did not allow the pressure from Aston Villa to stop them from taking control.

Villa will now play against Celtic at Villa Park next week.
