Video- Police Officer Says He Owns Womans Home After Entering & Won't Leave When A Minor Opened The Door

A police officer got many flabbergasted when he said he now owns a woman’s home after he allegedly entered inside and refused to leave.

The incident happened in Riverside County on July 4 when the officer came to the house at 2:41am, following a report of a noise complaint from a neighbor.

As seen from the video, the cop claimed the girl had opened the door and ran off when she saw it was the police. He then came in through the already-opened door.

However, the woman in the video, 44-year-old Adele Shirey, said the girl was her daughter that she was a minor and had no authority to let someone in, and that she, being the adult was asking him to leave the house which he had entered illegally.

It was also alleged that the minor had shut the door on the deputy before leaving to call her mother, hence he was the one that opened the door and let himself in.

She asked the police officer to leave the home so they could discuss outside but he refused saying he was not inside the house before saying he now owns the house because he is inside the it.

The matter climaxed with the arrest of the woman after she used her hands to barricade the officer’s view of her home. She was then booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center for resisting arrest and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office also said they have obtained the deputy’s bodycam footage and were investigating the matter.
