Apple's iPhone 16 Models May Be Able to Capture 4K Resolution Videos, Find Out More

On Monday, during Apple’s “It’s Glowtime” event at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino, California, the company introduced its new iPhone 16 lineup.

This lineup will be carrying the latest N3E 3-nanometer node and support Apple‘s on-device artificial intelligence features. While the design of these new models won’t be that much different from the iPhone 15 and 15 Pro, they will be featuring faster A-series chips and larger sizes, at least for the 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max.

According to MacRumors, the iPhone 16 Pro will be designed to be 6.3 inches and the iPhone 16 Pro Max will come with 6.9 inches. The other 16 models won’t be receiving any size adjustment. However, they will all feature an “Action Button.” A button that can be found exclusively above the volume keys of an iPhone 15 and used as a mute switch or a shortcut to easily launch the camera feature.

One of the things that will be unique to these new models that are set to launch this fall is that they will be getting a Capture Button. According to Bloomberg, this button is dedicated to focusing and capturing images as well as recording spatial videos. It is also suggested that the Pro range could potentially capture 4K resolution videos, somewhere around 120 frames per second.

Since Apple wishes to reduce camera bump interference, they are going with a vertical camera lens for its design. The iPhone 16 models would also be coming in colors not limited to green, pink, black, and blue.

Well, as with other iPhone revelations in recent times, the introduction of the new iPhone 16 was met with criticism from the online community which said Apple has not developed any groundbreaking new feature in a very long while, but only shuffled and rearranged old features and bumped up their price. They believe it would be best if Apple introduced a new iPhone every 2 years, believing that the company would have developed something worth the money before then.
