Farmer’s Market To Debut At Craig Ranch Park

A new farmer’s market in the Las Vegas Valley debuted on Friday at Craig Ranch Park in North Las Vegas.

Organizers stated that the free, family-friendly market aims to unite valley farmers, artisans, and food enthusiasts to promote sustainable produce and support local businesses.

The market offers a variety of products including fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, pet products, and homemade crafts. Today featured 50 vendors selling everything from food to clothing.

“There’s all these different vendors from all different parts of the city who have special creations just for small businesses,” said co-founder Brenda McNair. “So it’s things you don’t see anywhere else. Special bakeries, special outfits, skincare. All these different things that you can come out and enjoy that are just for you.”

McNair mentioned that Friday’s market is the only one planned so far, but organizers are collaborating with the city to make it a weekly event.

Organizers are also inviting vendors who sell fresh produce, crafts, baked goods, and other specialty items to participate.
