Celebrity-Filled Party At Michael Rubin’s $50M Hamptons Residence

The July Fourth holiday weekend kicked off with a bang Thursday as Michael Rubin hosted his annual White Party in Bridgehampton, drawing a crowd of celebrities to the Hamptons and sparking curiosity about the summer’s hottest party location.

Rubin, CEO of Fanatics, a global digital sports platform, and his wife, model Camille Fishel, welcomed guests to their 8,000-square-foot oceanfront home on Dune Road. Rubin acquired the property in an off-market deal in 2020 for a staggering $50.15 million through Hedgerow Exclusive Properties.

Throughout the day and night, cars lined Jobs Lane and Mecox Road for the event, which featured a spectacular fireworks show over the Atlantic Ocean launched from an offshore barge. The evening also boasted performances by renowned artists including Lil’ Wayne, Mary J. Blige, Megan Thee Stallion, and GloRilla.

The guest list was a veritable who’s who from the worlds of entertainment and sports. Returning attendees included Jay-Z, Kim Kardashian, Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Brady, DJ Khaled, and Robert Kraft, the billionaire owner of the New England Patriots and a Southampton oceanfront property owner.

Joining them were Khloé Kardashian, Drake, Megan Fox, Machine Gun Kelly, Gary Vaynerchuck, Kevin O’Leary of Shark Tank, Toby McGuire, Camila Cabello, Druski, Don Lemmon, and a host of hip-hop stars such as Fat Joe, French Montana, Travis Scott, Offset, Quavo, and Meek Mill.

“Grateful to be able to bring so many incredible people together,” Rubin posted on Instagram.

Notable NFL players like Michael Strahan, Odell Beckham Jr., Desean Jackson, and Rob Gronkowski mingled with NBA stars including James Harden, Kevin Durant, Kyle Kuzma, Klay Thompson, and Donovan Mitchell.

Models Karlie Kloss, Emily Ratajkowski, Winnie Harlow, and Brooks Nader posed for photos along the dunes, while artist George Condo was spotted creating custom sneakers for Rubin in Instagram posts.

In a lighthearted moment, Rubin handed Jake Paul, who was preparing for a July 20 heavyweight fight against Mike Tyson (later postponed to November), a “no drinks” card at the party.
