A rear camera captured the moment a man driving a white SUV rammed into two bicyclists and climbed his car over one after the crash, near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
The video footage showed the driver appeared to have purposely hit the men who were cycling on the road near the intersection of Freeport Parkway and North Airfield Drive in Irving at around 6 p.m. on June 17.

After both men fell on the ground after being hit, the driver appeared to have stopped for a moment before taking off and making his car run over one.
The hit-and-run driver in a white 2020 Subaru Forester was 31-year-old Benjamin Hylander. He was however chased down by other cyclists to a Shell gas station, leading to his arrest.
Luckily, the victims survived the crash. One identified as Geppert was being treated at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Grapevine for a severe laceration, while the other, 65-year-old Deborah Eads was treated on the scene for a severe laceration.
Hylander told investigators that he had beer in Grapevine an hour before the crash. However, a breathalyzer test showed his blood alcohol level was over the DWI limit. Six empty cans of Voodoo Ranger beer were also found in his car during the search.
He was booked in the Tarrant County Corrections Center and charged with two counts of intoxication assault with a vehicle, one count of accident involving injury, and one count of driving while intoxicated.
His employer, American Airlines, said his job was suspended.
