University of Missouri gymnasts Jocelyn Moore and Sienna Schreiber have been honored with Academic All-District distinctions by College Sports Communicators (CSC), marking the first time each has received this accolade.
The 2024 Academic All-District® At-Large Team, chosen by CSC, acknowledges the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined excellence in both athletics and academics.
Moore, a junior, is recognized as a WCGA Regular Season Second Team All-American on floor and the Southeastern Conference (SEC) Specialist of the Year. She earned the program’s first perfect 10 on floor and scored 9.9 or higher in 13 of her 14 floor routines, as well as in 23 of her 41 total routines, the second-highest total on the team. She also achieved the longest 9.9 streak in MU history on any apparatus, with 16 consecutive 9.9-floor routines dating back to 2023.
Schreiber, the all-time leading scorer in Mizzou gymnastics history, had an outstanding season. The senior earned WCGA Regular Season First Team All-America on beam and was an All-SEC selection. She led the Tigers with 24 scores of 9.9 or higher and achieved a career-best 9.950 national qualifying score (NQS) on beam, ranking eighth in the nation.
Schreiber concluded her collegiate career with a remarkable 39.550 all-around score, including a 9.900-floor routine and a stunning 9.950 in her final beam performance.
