Among the top events last weekend was a fully naked man at the Coachella 2024.
The nude man was seen in the video walking about the arena with his genitalia fully exposed while waving his hands. He was subsequently subdued and brought down by the security. It was suspected that he had removed his clothes when he entered the arena.
Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival as usual will take place across two consecutive weekends; April 12–14 and April 19–21. Lana Del Rey started off the festival on the Friday dates, followed by Tyler, The Creator on both Saturdays, and Doja Cat will close everything out on both Sunday dates.
Headliner Lana Del Rey started the event with a dreamy hit-filled set that featured songs like “Summertime Sadness” and “Doin’ Time.” This marked Del Rey’s return to the Coachella stage for the first time in a decade — “exactly 10 years ago to the day,” she noted.
Del Rey marked her return by entering the stage on a motorcycle before welcoming Billie Eilish to join her in their duet “Video Games” and Ocean Eyes.”
As Del Rey’s time came to an end, Jack Antonoff played piano on stage while she appeared as a hologram to perform “Hope Is a Dangerous Thing for a Woman Like Me — but I Have It.”
Sunday night (April 14) saw Tems team up with Justin Bieber and Wizkid for their hit song “Essense”.
“Coachella! I’m too exciteddd I have a surprise tonight,” The Nigerian singer wrote earlier on X.
Last year’s Coachella was headlined by Bad Bunny, BLACKPINK, and Frank Ocean. Blink-182 took the spot after Frank Ocean dropped out of his second-weekend performance due to poor performance, attributed to two fractures and a sprain in his left leg. His long-awaited Coachella appearance came three years after he was initially slated to headline, as the music festival postponed its 2020 event due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
