Colin Jost doesn’t shy away from humor about his wife Scarlett Johansson’s fame.

The “Saturday Night Live” star took the stage at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on April 27 in Washington D.C.

During his address, he playfully teased about his marriage to Johansson and their different levels of celebrity, especially when addressing second gentleman Doug Emhoff, the husband of Vice President Kamala Harris.

Jost also made a nod to Johansson later in his speech, expressing gratitude to his family and friends for supporting him at the event.

Earlier, he also mentioned the economic impact of Taylor Swift’s “Eras Tour” in 2023.

Towards the end, Jost shared a heartfelt story about his late grandfather, William Kelly, whose name inspired his son Cosmo’s middle name. He credited his grandfather for helping raise him and acknowledged his profound influence on his life.

The 2024 White House Correspondents’ Dinner attracted a star-studded crowd, including TODAY’s Al Roker and Savannah Guthrie, NBC News’ Lester Holt and Kristen Welker, among others.

Jost and Johansson posed together on the red carpet ahead of the event. Johansson dazzled in a strapless white gown, while Jost opted for a tuxedo with a black bowtie.

Notable attendees included Chris Pine, Molly Ringwald, Gayle King, Rachel Brosnahan, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Rosario Dawson, Billy Porter, Lorne Michaels, and Questlove, alongside Sophia Bush and Ashlyn Harris making their red carpet debut.
