The bond between the Love Is Blind cast was put to the test as they came back for a dramatic reunion special that aired Wednesday night on Netflix. Hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, the episode brought the Season 6 stars face-to-face, revealing shocking revelations and unexpected relationship updates.

The biggest bombshell came from Jeramey and Sarah Ann, who admitted to dating for nearly a year after forming a connection while Jeramey was still engaged to Laura. Their jetski ride into the sunset was apparently just the start, with Sarah Ann revealing “We live together now.”

But Jeramey wasn’t the only one who strayed. Trevor, who didn’t make it to the altar with Chelsea, was confronted with screenshots of him texting another woman “I love you” and discussing marriage before joining the show to “experiment” with dating. While trying to defend himself he said,

“I guess I’ll start by saying that I was not dating her technically, like I never said, ‘Will you be my girlfriend?’ before the show started but, obviously, we were close. She was the typical girl I’d go for in real life and I told her before, ‘I want to go on this to try to experiment with something else.’”

The emotional Love is Blind reunion also allowed Clay to regret leaving AD at the altar on their wedding day. Calling her “the love of my life”, he admitted that therapy revealed he felt undeserving of love and that he now knows that he made a “mistake going to the altar and saying ‘no.’” A tearful AD questioned his intentions after such a public rejection.

“It’s like what am I supposed to do with that information?…You played in my face, Clay, because you knew you didn’t want to get married.”

Afterwards, AD made it clear that she had no intention of “rekindling a relationship” with him.

In lighter moments of the Love is Blind season 6 reunion, former contestant Gigi announced her current pregnancy, receiving hugs all around. And the sole married couple, Amy and Johnny, arrived hand-in-hand as a united front.

Kenneth and Brittany, whose split was a major storyline, said they’ve remained extremely close despite the romantic disconnect. Brittany even called their bond “eternal.”

As departing cast like Brett, Tiffany, Kwame and more looked on, it was clear these bonds were made possible by the intense pod-dating process – for better or worse.
