Ranked as the state’s No. 4 recruit in the Class of 2025 by PrepHoops, Scherer’s stellar performance culminated in a standout showing in the state final, where he scored 28 points in Valor Christian’s decisive 52-40 win over ThunderRidge. Throughout the postseason, he maintained an impressive average of 26 points and 7.2 rebounds per game, solidifying his status as a formidable force on the court.
