The accident happened at an interception in at North 18th and Olive streets, after the driver failed to obey the traffic light.
The driver who was speeding at over 70 mph slammed the front of a car crossing at the intersection, before losing control and killing the victims; Bracero and Cordova, who were walking on the crosswalk.
