At the top of the trending Halloween costumes this year was a kid that dressed up like Joe Biden, with his two friends acting as the Secret Service (SS) for trick or treat.
The kid imitated President Biden by going off-course then tripping and falling.

Acting disoriented, he proceeded to shake hands with a lady then proceeded to sniff his fingers.
