In the second half, with 49 seconds left in the third quarter, Golden State’s Gary Payton II sustained an injury. Following the incident, the Warriors promptly called a timeout to substitute him, and he limped to the locker room after the whistle. Payton was subsequently ruled out for the remainder of the game due to a right calf injury.
