Kansas City Chiefs Wide Receiver Justyn Ross Arrested, Faces Felony Charge

Based on a booking report from the Johnson County, Kansas, sheriff’s office, Chiefs wide receiver Justyn Ross was taken into custody on Monday in Shawnee, Kansas, and faces a felony charge of criminal damage of more than $1,000 but less than $25,000.

Ross was given a booking at the Johnson County Prison. Additional information regarding the charge is not included in the booking report.

On the Johnson County sheriff’s website, there was a court date for Tuesday.

The Chiefs stated they were not commenting, although they were aware of the arrest.

The 23-year-old Ross, a free agent out of Clemson, signed with the Chiefs during the previous season. His ailments prevented him from competing in 2022.

Ross has participated in all seven of the Chiefs’ games this year, hauling in three receptions for 34 yards.
