During Sunday’s Kansas City Chiefs vs. Chicago Bears game on FOX, Taylor Swift was featured. Swift was applauding as the Chiefs lined up for kickoff while seated in a luxury adjacent to Donna Kelce, the mother of Pro Bowl tight end Travis Kelce.
For the previous few weeks, the Super Bowl champion and pop artist have been linked romantically, with Jason Kelce, the center for the Philadelphia Eagles, making jokes about the relationship.
On their podcast with their sibling, the tight end revealed his crush on Swift. At her latest performance at Arrowhead Stadium, Kelce claimed he attempted to present the 12-time Grammy winner with a friendship bracelet bearing his phone number but was unsuccessful.
Then, on Thursday, Kelce made it known that he had asked her to a game.
“I told her that I’ve seen her rock a stage in Arrowhead and she might have to come see me rock the stage at Arrowhead …,” he said. “We’ll see what happens in the near future.”
