Olivia Rodrigo is embarking on a tour and bringing along a cherished ’90s alt-rock band in addition to the newest pop sensation.
On a 57-date tour in 2024, Rodrigo will be accompanied by rising stars in funk and soul Remi Wolf, dark pop princess Chappell Roan, song of the summer candidate PinkPantheress, and maybe most unexpectedly, the Breeders (including Kim Deal of the Pixies).
The tour information Wednesday comes after the highly anticipated and critically acclaimed sophomore album “GUTS” by Rodrigo was made available last week. A day has passed since her performance at the MTV Video Music Awards.
The GUTS World Tour, Rodrigo’s debut arena tour, begins on February 23 at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Springs, California. Before returning to the United States and wrapping out with two nights at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles County that August, it will perform in the majority of the main cities in North America and Europe.
In an effort to make her show more accessible, the singer will also offer a small number of $20 (or the equivalent in local currency, plus taxes and relevant fees) Silver Star Tickets. Those can only be bought in pairs and are limited to two per purchase. They will assign seats that are next to one another.
Standard tickets will cost between $49.50 and $199.50 in the United States (plus taxes and fees), according to a press release.
