Joe Rogan Told Mike Tyson About His Jitters Regarding Uncertainty Of Fear Factor Cancellation

Joe Rogan is well-known for his work as a live fight analyst and UFC commentator. But a lot of people are unaware that the 55-year-old was also a host for the Fear Factor. ‘Joe Rogan Experience’ is one of the most well-known podcasts, and Rogan is also a stand-up comedian.

He is a master of many trades. He has met many celebrities thanks to his connections through the podcast, and he gets along well with many of them. It appears that he gets along well with Mike Tyson, a great boxer. Rogan and Tyson have each made several appearances on each other’s podcasts.

Rogan discussed how he was anxious about his security as the host of the popular Fear Factor show during a 420-themed podcast.

‘Fear Factor’ was hosted by Rogan for five seasons between 2001 and 2006. The show was renowned for its frightening acts that the competitors had to endure and its heartbreaking tone. On the program, Rogan took part in a number of noteworthy events. He even got into a fight with one of the competitors during one of them.

Over the years, a lot of famous people have participated in the gore show. When Rogan got into an altercation with a participant, one of them was there: the WWE superstar Miz. Despite his popularity, Rogan admitted that he worried he would lose his job at some point.

Rogan is an expert on the program because he has hosted it for five years and has a wealth of knowledge about it. No one was shocked, then, when the UFC commentator expressed his concern that he would lose his job if the show were to be canceled. Mike Tyson mentioned on the podcast that he had nothing to do with the show and that it had actually been imported from the Netherlands. Later, he began to talk about his mental state while filming the episode.

Rogan said, “It was just too weird. It was such a weird job because I thought when I signed up to do it, I really thought it was going to be canceled. I was like how are they going to set dogs on people? How are they going to make people eat eyeballs and sh*t? This is gonna go off the air.“

Rogan enjoys bloody antics and combat. That is among the factors that drew him to MMA and the UFC. He does, however, acknowledge that while he was harboring the terror factor, he required some type of support.

The American podcaster is a strong supporter of psychedelic drugs like marijuana. Rogan and Tyson both concur on that. Both of them are avid fans of violent sports. Rogan is also quite intelligent, which may be why he was able to foresee the demise of Fear Factor at some point.

The show, according to the UFC commentator, was “preposterous.” He constantly worries that the show may be canceled. However, it ended up being a huge success. Rogan, though, found it hard to believe that the show was still on.

Rogan said, “I was like, ‘This is so stupid, this show is so stupid.’ And the reason why I got the gig was because I made fun of it. A jug of [semen], Donkey [semen]. So hard to imagine that was a real show.“

The program went off the air before returning. However, one program featured some quite NSFW horse-related content. ‘Horse Juice’ challenge was featured in the show. That is the episode, according to Rogan, that ended it.
