Moroccan Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) defender Achraf Hakimi outsmarted his wife and prepared for a divorce well before marriage by ensuring his money and properties were all transferred to his mother or bought in her name.
This paid off when he was divorced by his former wife, Hiba Abouk.
The 36-year-old Spanish actress took the PSG footballer to court to finalize the settlements, demanding more than half of Hakimi’s assets and fortune during the proceedings.
However, to her shock, it was discovered that Hakimi had named all his assets with his mother as the benefactor.
His estranged partner, Abouk, was expecting an equal share of his €70 million net worth should the call for separation go through as planned, but was shocked to find out the PSG star had nothing to his name; no cars, houses, jewelry, properties, including clothes.
80% of Hakimi’s monthly PSG salary, which amounts to around 1 million Euros was paid to his mother.
It was also determined that Abouk was not in a situation where she needs part of her ex-husband’s fortune to be able to make ends meet, as she has a fortune of her own.
Achraf Hakimi’s troubles started after a 24-year-old woman filed a report, accusing him of sexually assaulting her while his wife, Hiba Abouk, was away with the children.
