Najee Harris, the running for the Pittsburgh Steelers left Monday’s game shortly before halftime, with an abdominal injury.
The Pittsburgh Steelers beat the Indianapolis Colts 24-17 in a frantic game. The Colts threw away many opportunities to turn the tables around, plus a third-quarter drive that got to a yard away from the goal line but ended on a handoff.
Indianapolis’ Ryan game with alive with a fierce performance in the second quarter after the team attacks during the first were rather lukewarm. Despite having the lead of 17-16 well into the fourth quarter, the Steelers were good enough to own the game’s final points.
Information on the extent of Najee Harris’s injury was not made available. According to head coach Mike Tomlin, further examinations will have to be done before any conclusion can be made. Prior to his injury, Najee had 10 rushes for 35 yards and a touchdown.
The Steelers completed the game with Benny Snell who had 62 rushing yards and a TD on 12 attempts and Anthony McFarland Jr., who finished the game with 30 yards on six rushes.
