After marrying Dr. Dana Blumberg, 47, in a star-studded event at the Hall des Lumières in New York City, Kraft, 81, acquired a new ring: a wedding band, reports Page Six. Visitors mistakenly believed they had been invited to a “Kickoff and a Touchdown” party soon discovered that it was actually the couple’s wedding ceremony.
Blumberg donned an elaborate, lacey, long-sleeved wedding gown with a hem that skimmed the floor in pictures from the wedding that Page Six released. Kraft wore sneakers with a dark suit.
According to Page Six, former Patriots quarterback Tom Brady attended the event without his wife Gisele Bündchen. Other attendees reportedly included musician Jon Bon Jovi, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
According to Page Six, singer and composer Elton John made the couple’s official announcement and performed some of his favorites, including “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” and “Circle of Life.” Meek Mill, a rapper, and Ed Sheeran, a singer, both performed.
According to Page Six, Tommy Hilfiger, who was honoring the fashion designer at the inaugural amfAR Gala Palm Beach event on March 5, announced Kraft and Blumberg’s engagement earlier this year.
There have been allegations of Kraft and Blumberg being seen together at athletic events throughout the world in 2019, including the Women’s World Cup soccer finals in Lyon and the French Open tennis final in Paris.
According to Medical News Today, Blumberg is an ophthalmology expert with a practice in New York who attended the Saint Louis University School of Medicine and has been in the industry for 22 years.
Prior to Myra Kraft’s passing in 2011, Kraft and Myra were wed for 48 years.
