Sydney Sweeney: Euphoria Star Worth $4 Million Claims Salary Doesn’t Cover Her Expenses

According to Sydney Sweeney, her Hollywood acting paycheck is insufficient to pay her bills.

The 24-year-old actress, who plays Cassie Howard in the wildly popular program Euphoria, asserts that her current salary would prevent her from taking a six-month vacation from acting.

She claimed that the business “doesn’t pay performers like they used to” in an interview published by the Hollywood Reporter.

According to Bio Overview, the actress supposedly has a net worth of $4 million and made $350,000 (about £287k) during the second season of the program.

According to World Celebs, she received $25,000 (£20,000) for each episode of season one, for a grand total of $200,000 (£164,238).

Talking about her income, Sydney said: “The established stars still get paid, but I have to give five percent to my lawyer, 10 percent to my agents, three percent or something like that to my business manager. I have to pay my publicist every month and that’s more than my mortgage.”

The public’s and fans’ reactions to her predicament have been quite mixed; some have acknowledged how challenging it can be for a young person to manage their finances, while others have accused her of being unappreciative of her position.

The backlash occurs at a time when the UK is experiencing one of its worst cost-of-living crises, with high inflation causing many people to struggle to manage their money.

Additionally, it’s been said that Sydney didn’t discuss her pay with her co-stars while filming Euphoria.
