Just 21 minutes prior to the high-speed collision that put Anne Heche in a coma, she smiled for a picture while out shopping and didn’t appear to be intoxicated, the store’s owner told The Post.

When the actress visited Richard Glass’s salon in the trendy Venice neighborhood of Los Angeles, she posed with him while purchasing a $125 red-haired wig and accessories from him.

According to Glass, the photo was timestamped at 10:35 a.m., which indicates that Anne Heche left around 20 minutes before her automobile crashed into a house in adjacent Mar Vista at 10:56 a.m.

When asked if he saw any indications that she was intoxicated or using drugs, he firmly replied, “Not at all.”

It was Heche’s first visit, according to Glass, who has been the owner of his salon for 21 years.

He was horrified to learn what had happened to his celebrity shopper later on, stating that he was only shocked to learn of her crash.

Later, in a picture first published by TMZ, he discovered the red wig he had sold in Heche’s car, along with what appeared to be a bottle of alcohol.

While Glass maintained Anne Heche appeared composed and in control, the long-struggling actress is said to have become involved in a string of bizarre events right after leaving Glass Hair and colliding with a house.

She was hit by another automobile and fled the scene, according to a police report, which was validated by The Post on Monday. She was also caught on camera racing off after being told to get out of her car, nearly hitting a pedestrian, and hitting a garage door.

Doorbell cameras then captured the sound of her roaring through peaceful residential neighborhoods until she crashed into the house, igniting a fire that took 59 firefighters more than an hour to put out.

Anne Heche had only recently published a podcast that has since been deleted, in which she admitted to drinking vodka and wine when she was having a rough day.
