A new naked photo of Britney Spears has surfaced on social media, marking the first since the release of her duet with Elton John, “Hold Me Closer.” Late Friday afternoon, the 40-year-old musician tweeted the obscene photo.
In it, Spears sits on the edge of the bathtub in front of a window, holding her breasts in her hands while gazing into the camera. Her lower body is only covered by a sheet.
In a brand-new interview with John, the legendary songwriter reveals how he persuaded the 2000s teen pop star to go back into the studio to record the brand-new hit for the first time in six years and since the conclusion of her conservatorship.
Spears also talked about how the conservatorship took away her sense of independence. Spears recounted needing to get permission for medical procedures like having her IUD removed, as well as having to perform despite being ill.
She said on Instagram shortly after the conservatorship was revoked that she would stop writing music, in part as a form of retribution.
