On August 28, the Prudential Center in New Jersey hosted the 2022 MTV VMAs. In addition to the prizes, the Red Hot Chili Peppers received the Global Icon Award, while the Video Vanguard Award went to the show’s host, Nicki Minaj.

There are nominees in all the categories, including Madonna, who has received 20 VMA awards and is the most honored performer ever, as well as Beyoncé, Harry Styles, Bad Bunny, Adele, and others. Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Blackpink, Bad Bunny, Anitta, Jack Harlow, Kane Brown, and other performers are scheduled to appear on the show tonight.
