Jennifer Flavin, the wife of Sylvester Stallone, has filed for divorce. The former model, 54, officially ended her 25-year union with the “Expendables” actor, 76, on August 19 in Palm Beach County, Florida.

The marriage is irretrievably dissolved, according to court records obtained by Page Six, and Flavin is asking for the distribution of their assets in an equitable manner.

Sophia, 25, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20, are the daughters of Stallone and Flavin, who wed in 1997.

Recently, Stallone replaced a tattoo of Flavin with one of Butkus, the Rocky dog. The tattoo artist who made the modification uploaded several Instagram pictures of the procedure that have since been erased. Now that we understand the cause: The Expendables actor and Flavin divorced in late August 2022.

Before being married, the former swimsuit model and Stallone’s relationship was a little rocky: they broke up in 1994, more than five years into their relationship, when it became known that he might have fathered a kid with Janice Dickinson.

After learning he wasn’t the father of Dickinson’s child, after a brief romance with Austrian model Andrea Wieser and a hasty engagement to Angie Everhart, Flavin eventually took him back. From that point on, they were inseparable, welcoming their first daughter in 1996 and getting married a year later.

By August 23, 2022, Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin will still be considered lawfully wed. However, Flavin accused Stallone of shifting marital assets when she filed for divorce in Florida late in August 2022. Stallone has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
