[Watch Video] Here’s All You Need To Know About The Americafest Celebrations Going Down At Rose Bowl, And All The Fireworks Going Up

The 96th annual AmericaFest Celebration is taking place at the storied Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena as part of the ongoing Fourth of July celebrations.

The events of the day will be anchored by Pat Harvey, an in-house news anchor for CBS Los Angeles, and Evelyn Taft, a meteorologist.

The largest fireworks display on the West Coast will feature about 3,000 explosions and 1,000 unique effects.

Since Friday, the Pyro Spectaculars crew has been preparing for the Fourth of July performance at the Rose Bowl. This show has been in the works for about a year and a half.

The Rose Bowl is commemorating its 100th anniversary and is also hosting its 96th annual fireworks display.

Fire departments are prepared since Pyro Spectaculars claims that this year’s fireworks display will be bigger and better than last year’s.

In advance of the concert, they sprayed clear phos-chek on surrounding hillsides last week.

It’s crucial to remember that fireworks are forbidden in Pasadena. People are strongly invited to attend and enjoy the Rose Bowl fireworks display.
