[Watch Highlights] Arsenal Vs Chelsea Result: Jesus Did It Again!

arsenal-vs-chelsea

Arsenal’s remarkable preseason campaign continues with a thrilling 4-0 victory over London rival Chelsea in a game played in front of a record crowd who passionately followed the Arsenal vs Chelsea match at Orlando’s Camping World Stadium.

Four Arsenal players scored a goal each, while the Blues put up another one of their poorest preseason performances, showing that they still have work to do.

Gabriel Jesus, a centre-forward, set the tone for the Gunners’ aggressive and direct play from the first whistle when he scored the game’s first goal after Chelsea turned the ball over in their half.

Martin Odegaard’s goal, which gave Arsenal a 2-0 lead at the break, was also the result of a quick-thinking move.

The second half began with Chelsea switching back to its usual 3-4-3 style, and while things initially appeared to be going well, the Blues’ goal-scoring woes from the previous campaign continued to haunt them.

Arsenal scored twice more with more forceful, quick-paced raids after a flurry of substitutions by both clubs. Following two straight saves by Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy, Saka pounced on a rebound, and an unmarked Sambi Lokonga headed in a long cross as Chelsea were outmatched.

Arsenal has now won all five of its games in a row, a flawless record throughout this strong preseason. Wins over Ipswich Town, Nurnberg, Everton, and Orlando City were among the notable triumphs. To wrap up the summer tune-up schedule, they will play Sevilla on Saturday, July 30, at Emirates Stadium in London.

Chelsea had just required a late goal to defeat Club America of Mexico and was coming off a disheartening 1-1 draw with MLS expansion team Charlotte FC in midweek. On Friday, they play their final preseason game against Udinese in Italy.
