Reports have it that leaders of the G-7 countries are ready to impose another new round of sanctions on Russia following its further attack on Ukraine.
It was accounted that the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy met the G-7 leaders and seek their support to make sure the war ends by the end of the month.
Following Volodymyr’s request, the leaders disclose their plan to impose a ban on Russian gold imports to derail its economy.
Amidst the meeting, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson stated that a ban on Russian gold will “directly hit Russian oligarchs and strike at the heart of Putin’s war machine.”
