Reports have it that a high court in Abuja has ordered that Peter Nwachukwu husband of late ‘ekueme’ singer, Osinachi should be remanded in Kuje prison.
The case was preceded by a judge identified as Justice Ngozi Nwosu-Iheme who turned dead ears to the pleading of the defendant who claimed he was not guilty of all the charges made against him.
Justice Ngozi adjourned the case till the 16th of June, 2022 for the commencement of Osinachi’s husband who is allegedly responsible for her death through domestic violence.
