David Filo is a business mogul and technologist. He founded Yahoo in 1994, alongside fellow Stanford University student, Jerry Yang.
His work as a key technologist saw him directing the technical operations aligned with the company’s global network of Web properties. He is reported to have helped with positioning Yahoo! as one of the world’s most trafficked websites.
David is an alumnus of Tulane University, where he obtained a BSc in computer engineering. He also embarked on the journey of acquiring a master’s degree in Electrical engineering from Stanford University.
