Cyber Bullying Reason For Arrest Of Agidigbo FM Owner, Oriyomi Hamzat- Police

The Nigerian police have confirmed the arrest of the owner of Agidigbo FM Owner identified as Oriyomi Hamzat.

The incident was confirmed through a statement released by the police force public relations officer identified as Muyiwa Adejobi that partly reads;

“We are looking into the petition written against him on his violation of the Cyber Crime Act, 2015, and necessary action will be taken to do justice in the matter,”.

Muyiwa added that the journalist was arrested after he failed to honor several invitations by the police for a cyberbullying case that is still under investigation.
