Adele and her boyfriend Rich Paul have shared a selfie of themselves outside what is believed to be their first home together.
The property, which is estimated to be worth $58 million (£47 million), was previously owned by Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone and situated on three acres in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.
In a snapshot posted to Adele’s Instagram page, the singer and Klutch Sports Group founder Rich is smiling and carrying a set of keys.
The 18,587-square-foot property, which sits at the end of a lengthy private driveway, is said to include eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
The sale represents a 47 percent decrease from Stallone’s original $110 million (£90 million) asking price.
Stallone had been selling it around for more than a year, according to the LA Times, initially listing it in 2021. He reduced the price to $80 million in October after finding no takers.
The Oscar nominee has gradually turned the once-Mediterranean-style mansion into a more modern estate.
According to the LA Times, he updated the living quarters with steel-framed windows and doors, built an art studio to the eight-car garage, and commissioned mega-mansion maestro Richard Landry to construct a guesthouse.
The estate also has a movie theater, custom bar, gym, and cigar room, as well as two Rocky Balboa statues.
Denzel Washington, Magic Johnson, and Justin Bieber are among Adele’s new Beverley Park neighbors.
Stallone, 75, has recently moved to a $35.38 million estate in Palm Beach, Florida.
Adele was compelled to answer rumors that she had split up with US sports agent Rich in February.
