Reports have it that a high court in Yenagoa has validated the former president of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan to contest for the office of the president.
This is coming after it was reported that members of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Rearers Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) purchased the All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential form for Jonathan which cost a hundred million naira.
It was accounted that they are various positions on the ex-president’s eligibility for the incoming presidential election but the court proclaimed that Jonathan can still run for the presidency.
