The president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has sworn in 4 new permanent secretaries.

It was accounted that the officials identified as Ms. Beatrice Jiddy-Agba, Ms. Kachollom Daju, Mr. Shehu Ibrahim, and Mrs. Mary Ogbe took an oath of office on Wednesday (April 27, 2022) at the Council Chamber of the State House in Abuja before the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting began.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo; Secretary to the Government, Boss Mustapha; Chief of Staff to the President, Ibrahim Gambari; National Security Adviser, retired Maj.-Gen. Babagana Monguno; Head of Civil Service, Folashade Yemi-Esan, and nine other ministers.
