One of the four boys aged 17-20 years old who reportedly killed 18-year-old girl, Rofiat, cut off her head & burnt it inside native black pot for money rituals in Ogun state has been released.
This is coming days after it was reported that a magistrate court sitting in Abeokuta ordered that the suspects, identified as Balogun Mustaqeem, 20; Majekodunmi Soliudeen, 18; Abdulgafar Lukman, 19; and Waris Oladeinde, 17, should be detained in a correctional center as their case was adjourned till the 4th of Match, 2022.
The Ogun state magistrate court preceded by Chief Magistrate I. O. Abudu discharged and vindicate the 17-year old oladehinde on the ground of no charges recorded against him as the next hearing of the case was adjourned to the 22nd of April, 2022.
