Reports have it that the strongest kings in the Yorubaland identified as the Alaafin of Oyo and Ooni of Ife has intervened in the beef between the minister of interior, Rauf Aregbesola, and the National leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
It can be recollected that the ex-governor of Osun state openly blasted and made allegations against the 2023 presidential aspirant over the All Progressive Congress (APC) Osun primary gubernatorial election.
The Yoruba leaders met with Aregbesola in Ibadan as they discussed for about two hours without Tinubu before they later departed and went into their various destinations as the outcome of their meeting remain undisclosed.
