A viral video captured the moment a random street preacher blocked a girl who wore a mini black short and a bra-top covering it with a pink kimono dress.
According to the preacher, the girl was being possessed by “marine power” and men were not coming into her life because she was wearing seductive clothes.
The man forced her to kneel down, prayed for her, before giving her some money to buy new clothes which she collected.
