High Court Warns DSS About Causing Traffic In Its Premises Before Nnamdi Kanu’s Trial

The High court in Abuja which is preceded over by a judge Justice Binta Nyako has ordered the Departments of State Services (DSS) about causing traffic in its premises before Nnamdi Kanu’s Trial begins.

According to the court’s order, the DSS should only be in the court when the session of Kanu’s trial on Wednesday (Feb. 16, 2021) by 1 pm begins, as it was stated that the presence of heavy security operatives inconveniences the trial of other cases.
